DONGJI is crafted in the highland pastures of Rangtang, Sichuan China — where the air is thin, the barley is pure, and time moves slower. "DONGJI" means auspicious in Tibetan, a blessing we pour into every bottle.

Developed by the Sichuan Institute of Food Science (est. 1942) with master brewers from the Sichuan liquor tradition, we blend centuries of fermentation wisdom with modern craft technique.
